We will be keeping our booking system in place, as well as a short closing period to clean. We want our customers to feel safe and confident that Jungle Mayhem is clean and as safe as possible (AND WE WANT TO MAKE SURE WE NEVER HAVE TO CLOSE AGAIN!!!). We've had lots of positive feedback about the booking system as our customers know their play session will not be 'mayhem' (!!) and there will always be tables available. Face masks will no longer be compulsory, however some customers/staff still may wish to wear them.EVERYONE must be booked in (adults included) so that we can account for final numbers in the building. Babies under 12 months, accompanying a paying sibling, must be mentioned in the additional information section on the booking form.
If any of your group have any COVID 19 symptoms, please follow government guidelines with regards to self-isolating, and avoid visiting us until after this period. Please continue to sanitise your hands on entry and regularly throughout your visit.

Our front doors may remain open for ventilation so please bring a jumper/coat, in case it gets cool!
The menu is reduced but varied. We recommend ordering any food as soon as you can to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy your meals.
WE DO NOT HAVE A CARD MACHINE
Children must be taken to the toilet by an adult.
Socks must be worn, by everyone, at all times.
Tables are not to be moved or pushed together.
Children must be supervised by an adult, age 18+, at all times.
Please leave promptly at the end of your 2 hour session.
Only food and drink purchased from our restaurant may be consumed on the premises
